Log observations hands-free: "Hey Siri, Tell Murphy"

  1. Open the Shortcuts app
  2. Tap + → name it "Tell Murphy"
  3. Add action: Dictate Text
  4. Add action: Open URLs
  5. Set the URL below, append the Dictated Text variable
